DeleteI would recommend u to go for Intel Core i7 for best results, If u r tight on budget go for Core i5
Problem with Bulldozer : OS does not use the processor fully.
This might change in Windows 8, also a Hotfix available for Win 7

Also some applications will perform better with a 64-Bit OS and 4GB+ RAM

DeleteFor 3D and photo works, u need a very good CPU and a quadro GPU.
1) Intel Core i5 2500k is better, only if u overclock.
Else go for i5 2500 or i5 2400
2) ASUS P8B75-M LE is a good Mobo, but it is a business model mobo, with 2 PCi x slot and 6Gbs SATA. which u may not use.
Instead go for better ASUS P8H77-M LE with USB 3.0
3) GPU : GTX 550Ti is good, if u also play games.
But if u dont play games at all.
Go for nVidia Quadro 400 or 600 (Rs.7k and 9.5k), which is designed for 3D works
4) PSU : You dont need 650 watts Corsair TX650.
Cooler Master GX 550W is enough
5) Cooler Master Elite 361 ATX is a mini tower cabinet, go for bigger Mid-Tower cabinet like Cooler Master Elite 430
RAM and Monitor are fine

Corsair VS450 is an average SMPS.
DeleteBut still u can add a low-end GPU to play games at low-resolution
1. Ur mobo supports GPU
2. If u add a GPU only ur GPU will work, not ur on-board graphics.
For ur SMPS, u can buy
AMD HD 6670 - Rs.6.2k or
AMD HD 6570 - Rs.5.4k
With these GPU u can play most of the games in Low-Med settings
